Synopsis

The Way I Are (Dance With Somebody) is a song in Just Dance 2018 and is also featured in Just Dance Now and both Just Dance Unlimited services. It has one dance associated with it: a Duet dance done by a female coach and various other coaches. While the dance did not originally have any ratings in the series, it was later marked with a Medium difficulty rating and a Low effort rating.

In Just Dance 2018, The Way I Are (Dance With Somebody) is locked in the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Wii U, and Xbox One renditions. To unlock it, a user has to play two songs from the limited selection given at the beginning of the game.

Setting

The dance takes place in one world that rotates and has smaller places in it. One is based off of a boardwalk carnival, one is based off an ancient oriental palace, and one is based off of a western. During each location, it eventually turns into a neon landscape. At the end of the performance, elements from all three locations appear together to represent one universal area. The setting also periodically features the song's music video in the background; at one point, the part featuring a dance from the series is shown.
